He was significantly cheaper than other quotes by £800. Where do I start... He didn't use adhesive so tiles are coming up. The joints are all different sizes, it looks a mess. He didnt' follow the pattern of the tiles, he tiled underneath the loo, but then left the loo not connected to so caused a leak. I had to get someone else in to fix it, I couldn't use it, his intention were to come back when I'd got more tiles to finish the job but that was one week. The window was working before and then for some reason the hinges broken after they left - they denied all. They poured dirty cement water into the sink with plates and cutlery. They couldn't be bothered to take the rubbish with them. He'll say all the right things to look professional but he is NOT a tiler. Then when I said don't come back to finish the job he was surprised and started arguing with me and talking about Jesus.. Now all the tiles might start coming up and it might have to all be done again! Nightmare builder from Hell
He completed the work but it was done incorrectly.
