Builder quoted 13.5k for i sulation and rendering job.. Then drooped the price to 9.5k. He insisted for initial deposit of 3.500£ . I have paid 3000£. He never came to do the work. Made small court claim against him and LTD company. Never got any penny back
No work carried out.. Only scaffholding was installed
